Job Description :
This position is on-site M-F 9am-5pm. Base Salary $60-$70k plus excellent benefits and retirement.
We are looking to hire a seasoned tech-savvy Accounts Receivable individual working within our AR department.
Role and Responsibilities:

Daily timely and accurate posting of incoming payments in accounting system.
Ability to perform various reconciliations and continuously reviewing the company’s AR information to identify and resolve inaccuracies.
Ownership of the AR balances in the aging statements and ability to provide requested reports and analyses in an accurate and timely manner.
Identifying process improvements with current workflow and help automate any manual accounting or analysis with accounting software to perform and optimize AR workflow.
Be eager and able to adopt and implement new procedures to drive efficiency in the AR process.
Recommend opportunities to the Finance Team as they relate to the accounts receivable process and ongoing training and development of staff.

Skills/Qualifications:
· Strong functional knowledge of the following areas: customer record maintenance, credit management, customer payments and revenue reporting

Experience in a high-volume business
Must have a full understanding of the revenue cycle and will take a proactive, hands-on approach.
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, from supervisors to associates
Work as a team player and ability to successfully work in a group environment
Experience with SAP Business One or similar accounting system preferred.
Strong MS Office/ Excel skills preferred
