Asian Games: Indian shooters won another gold, Roshibina won silver in Wushu.

New Delhi. On the 5th day of Asian Games 2023, India has started with a silver medal. Roshibina Devi of Manipur won silver medal in Wushu. Gold medal was expected from her, but she lost in the final. Meanwhile, Indian shooters have won another gold. In the 10m air pistol event, the trio of Arjun Cheema, Sarabjot Singh and Shiv Narwa gave India its sixth gold of the Games. This is the overall 12th medal in shooting.

India has so far won 24 medals including 6 gold in the Games. China’s Jiao Wu defeated Rashibina 0-5 in the gold match. However, the Indian player has changed the color of his medal in the games. In 2018 he won the bronze medal. Indian athletes have so far won 8 silver and 10 bronze medals in the games.

The trio of Arjun Cheema, Sarabjeet Singh and Shiv Narwa remained on top with 1734 marks. They left the Chinese players behind by one point. Arjun and Sarabjot have also reached the finals of the individual category. In such a situation, medal is being expected from both of them here also. Sarabjot scored 580, Arjun scored 578 and Shiv scored 576.
