Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a
Beverage Cart Attendant / Server to join the Food and Beverage Team at the Clubhouse Grille !

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must have availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $6.98 per hour + Tips + Service Charge
What will I be doing?
As a Beverage Cart / Server, you will be responsible for greeting and serviceing guests. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:
Take food orders and create cocktails.
Enter orders into system and settle checks upon completion of order.
Maintain proper set-up for food and beverage on a continuous basis.
Open beverage cart and drive around on golf course providing drinks and snacks to golfers.
Close beverage cart including restocking beers, liquor, snacks, sodas, etc.
Clean area continuously during shift.
Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy.
Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed.
When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver toguest along with appropriate condiments. Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages tominors and intoxicated guests.
Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
Market and serve upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees.
Ascertain guest satisfaction and present check. Process check per hotel procedures
