Job Description:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment
Complete comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, preparation, and implementation of the treatment plan
Collaborate with service providers and families in order to coordinate care
Maintain records in compliance with the Office of Mental Health (OMH) and agency regulations
Qualifications:
Limited Permit holders eligible: For MSW permit holders, must obtain a license within one year. For MHC permit holders, must obtain a license within two years
LCSW; LMSW; LMHC
Prior clinical experience with children/adolescents/families
Job Type: Full-time
LOCATION: BRONX or HARLEM
Salary: commensurate with experience & language a plus
