Salary Range: $56,110 – $98,051
Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:
Knowledgeable in compensation market analysis, plan design and administration
Experience creating and maintaining salary structures
Proven financial and business acumen with the ability to successfully perform independent analysis and interpretation
Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Team-player who can work in a collaborative environment, and cross-functionally
