Job summary
Do you want to empower third-party sellers and small businesses to succeed on Amazon? Strategic Account Services (SAS) has a north star vision to provide a suite of services designed to help any Seller, at any point in their selling journey, accelerate growth in the Amazon store.
We’re hiring a seasoned copywriter/project manager to help us drive marketing campaigns that inform, engage and inspire sellers about SAS products. These products range from self-serve products and tools (focused on introducing SAS sellers to the benefits of selling through Amazon), to high-touch, concierge products focused on amplifying seller growth.
Ideal candidates are self-starters who bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on. They are responsive, flexible, and thrive in collaborative work environments. You’ll play a fundamental role in the content strategy and development process for communicating with sellers and the teams that support them. This creative and organized Creative Marketing Manager will work closely with other marketing managers, product managers, sellers, customer success managers, and merchandisers, serving as the guiding force for copy that will delight and inspire our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead/Own work streams that deliver cohesive and clear communication for our sellers.
Conceptualize and present creative directions, headlines, and copy for seller communication.
Act as sole or lead writer on projects
Possess a deep understanding of how (and when) interactive technologies can be used to deliver rich and rewarding user experiences
Pay high attention to detail while managing multiple creative campaigns, variations, and feedback from project owners
Iterate on creative approaches with a cross-functional team
Adhere to Amazon and SAS attributes and style guidelines
Be able to understand varying audience and write in multiple voices and styles as necessary
Understand strategy and be an active participant in ensuring the integrity of project strategy is maintained throughout the creative process
Must be able to demonstrate effective time management – handle and prioritize multiple projects regardless of the inevitable changing scope, timelines, goals, deliverable, etc.
A day in the life
You will connect with our partners to understand and design strategy, deliver content and ensure flawless execution when communicating with our sellers. You’ll be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciate white space and autonomy, and understand the value of prioritization and stakeholder involvement. You will always champion the seller experience, and will constantly look for ways to improve their experience and help grow their business.
About the team
SAS Marketing delivers marketing and compelling content for all sellers across the suite of SAS products. Our mental model is that when we inform and inspire our sellers, they’re more likely to engage effectively with our products leading to increased Seller Partner Satisfaction and optimized business growth.
