Job Description :
Summary

The Digital Marketer is responsible for the design, research, development, and implementation of all website, social and print media content. Special projects such as eCommerce, SEO, company growth, and other projects will be assigned based on company direction and growth. This position can be working remotely and have the capability of coming into the office to work with the team.

Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Management

Managing and optimizing the site www.croftsystems.net along with social media presence
Managing and optimizing the site www.surplusenergyequipment.com along with social media presence
Managing and optimizing the site www.croftsupply.com along with social media presence
Perform keyword research and develop content that align with company goals.
Measure results of current and future SEO strategies.
Utilize creative thinking to design and implement new marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Collaboration with departments to design marketing initiatives.
Create, manage, and update social media content. (On platforms such as; Google, Yahoo, and Bing. while monitoring search rankings, blogs, and product content.)
Update and maintain product content.
Manage paid search initiatives.
Develop marketing campaigns including positioning framework, audience identification, and launch road-maps.

Conversion Optimization and Marketing Analysis

Monitor and report performance of traffic, rankings, conversion and other current trends of existing SEO and Social Media initiatives.
Analyze information to design and enhance performance.
Conduct marketing competitor analysis to monitor SWOT.
Work with Accounting to demonstrate and assess marketing initiatives against ROI goals.
Research and continuously improving conversion results.
Test marketing hypothesis and analytics used to measure results. Conduct conversion tests.

Public Relations and Branding

Maintain, design, and build our social presence in social media campaigns.
Collaborate and maintain great relationships with current vendors.
Design and order business cards.
Manage, update, and create TV, video, digital, and print marketing material.
Network with professionals to maintain positive media relations and media monitoring.
Work with TMS while engaging in community service initiatives and other PR campaigns.
Write news releases, pitches, newsletters briefs, and blog posts/content.

Education and Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA preferred with concentration in Digital Marketing and/or Public Relations.

Experience and Qualifications:

Two to five years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the marketing field.
Strong level of digital fluency, with the ability to plan and adapt digital plans. Strong understanding of digital metrics.
Organized and detailed oriented with a high level of creativity.
Successful track record and understanding of various communication channels (publicity, social, etc.) that lead to successful marketing campaigns.
Great Interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management, customer service, and communication skills.
Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Experience with building and implementing marketing campaigns. (Marketing Portfolio)
High level of writing and proofreading skills.
Demonstrates a positive track record of problem-solving.
Continuance of education on the latest marketing strategies.
