Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls
Respond to voicemails left by the end of your shift
Greet all incoming clients and guest with excellent customer service
Maintain the confidentiality of all clients and program records
Notify proper staff of arrivals and discharges
Ensure you are informed of all client transportations activity
Confirm all documents, property, and funds are prepared
Assist clients with questions regarding house accounts (balance and adding funds)
Schedule massage and acupuncture appointments for clients
File and have all needed forms readily available
Maintain conference room and great room reserve log
Add and deduct funds from client accounts
Assist management on projects when needed
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to be capable of dealing with the possible frustrations involved in working within an agency that services individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addictions, who may experience mental health issues.
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
