Position Summary:
HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing full cycle recruiting activities and providing administrative support to the HR Department. This position will work closely with various department in the organization and provide full cycle recruiting support and identifies the most effective and creative methods for recruiting and attracting talents for the team. The role will also play the integral role in the coordination of human resources activities assisting HR Department. This position requires 100% onsite work.
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide full cycle recruiting support across the departments including but not limited to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
Consult hiring managers to assist in creating, developing, and revising job descriptions accordingly.
Liaise between external recruitment agencies and internal hiring managers and serve as the communication bridge to fill hiring needs
Drive and source candidates directly via LinkedIn
Partner with hiring managers to build hiring strategies
Manage the Company’s ATS and maintain all data and documentation to remain compliant with recordkeeping regulations
Create content to market the Company and promote recruitment efforts via social media venues, career fairs, and other media outlets/industry events.
Search and attend career/job fairs.
Input and maintain accurate employee data using the Company’s HRIS platform
Develop and implement state-of-the-art orientation program that will increase retention and help set new hires up for success
Process all on/offboarding procedures including but not limited to:

Conducting background checks
Input on/offboarding information into the Company’s HRIS platform
Collect and process all required paperwork from new hires/separated employees

Develop and/or update programs to support recruitment strategies such as referral programs and internship opportunities
Ensure all required training programs/courses are routinely provided and updated.
Provides general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to completing paperwork, filing and organizing employee documents, reconciling agency invoices, writing meeting minutes, and supporting the all-staff meeting presentations.
Other duties may be assigned.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Location: Arcadia, CA
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong English verbal, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills required
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills required
Exceptional professionalism to discretely handle confidential material
Proficiency in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.
Able to prioritize the work and multi-tasking in the dynamic and fast-paced organization
Customer service oriented

Ability to be flexible, proactive, highly organized, and self-directed
Professional Maturity

Education & Professional Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
1- 2 years of industry specific recruitment experience
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup environment is a strong plus
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred

Working Conditions:

Office environment

Travel: Occasional. Less than 10% but may increase to 20% contingent upon the hiring seasons
Physical / Mental Demands:

Able to type an average of about 60 words per minute
Occasional stooping, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, reaching, and/or lifting to 20 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move within workspace for extended periods
Ability to sit at a desk and work on computer prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks including hand to finger manipulations, grasping, pushing, and pulling

Environmental Conditions:

Ability to work safely and effectively when working alone or working with others
