Leander Police respond to fatal crash, announce road closure

LEANDER, Texas (KXAN) — The Leander Police Department said it was responding to a fatal collision Sunday afternoon.

LPD said Ranch-to-Market 2243 was closed from the 8700 block to Ridgmar Road due to the collision.

According to officials, there was no estimate on when the road would be reopened, and they recommended travelers use alternate routes such as Crystal Falls Parkway and Hero Way.
