Responsibilities
Providing extraordinary service is the cornerstone of our approach to growing existing client relationships and acquiring new ones. In the Marketing and Communications department, we aim to both share this value proposition with current and prospective clients, as well as provide extraordinary service ourselves to all constituents of First Republic.
TheMarketing Manager, Private Wealth Managementwill report to the Director, Private Wealth Management Marketing and will be responsible for working alongside regional leadership and wealth management teams to grow brand awareness and market penetration with targeted regions and segments, including but not limited to: developing and promoting marketing toolkits and resources to support business development, managing advisor digital and social media programs and supporting brand and advertising campaigns. She/he will collaborate with Creative Services, Social Media, Sales Enablement, Compliance, Client Engagement and Advertising teams to develop and drive integrated advisor marketing programs. This person will need to understand and represent business and regional needs throughout the program process (planning, creation, rollout, execution, reporting and follow-up). They will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes needed to ensure continued successful program delivery. This role requires the ability to leverage enterprise-level initiatives while incorporating customization for the private wealth management business segment. She/he will need to think creatively and with imagination, respond quickly to requests while remaining flexible to changes, and excellent leadership, relationship management, and communication skills. A demonstrated proficiency in leveraging data to drive campaigns and optimization. Success in the position over time also requires a passion for and knowledge of the Bank’s business model, value proposition, heritage, and culture.
What you’ll do as a Marketing Manager, Private Wealth Management:
Strong and ongoing relationship management with Business leaders and Marketing partners to identify priorities and develop a roadmap to achieve objectives.
Develop and manage to key performance metrics, reporting on results, evaluating success and adjusting accordingly.
Work in close coordination across the Marketing teams to ensure a seamless client touchpoint experience.
Must be a strong marketing generalist, with a breadth of experience across a variety of marketing tactics, and experience working alongside sales teams.
Work alongside Vice President of Risk and Compliance Oversight and liaison with Office of General Counsel to ensure campaign regulatory standards are met
Maintain our high standards of excellent execution and exceptional service as a steward of the brand and representative of the department
Collaborate effectively with other department teams, communicate and interface with other executive, regional and department leaders as a representative of the CMCO.
Qualifications
You could be a great fit if you have:
Financial services marketing experience working with a high net worth and ultra-high net worth consumer audience.
Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
Exceptional organizational skills and manage accountability well across multiple work streams and cross-functional teams.
Ownership mindset and ability to work independently against goals.
Demonstrated success collaborating across an organization to deliver marketing programs on-time and positive ROI.
Strong communicator, both written and verbal, and able influencer who can succeed in a matrix organization.
Experience with Workfront, Seismic (or similar sales enablement platforms), Social Media and Marketo is preferred but not required
Travel as needed to other markets, which include but are not limited to Boston, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, OR, Palm Beach, FL and Jackson, WY. Adhere to all related regulatory and privacy requirements.
Qualifications
A demonstrated proficiency in leveraging data to measure and report results is a must
Success in the position over time also requires a passion for and knowledge of the firm’s business model, value proposition, heritage and culture
Experienced in Microsoft Office
Able to interpret strategic direction and both develop and execute on corresponding tactics, working with autonomy and independence
Skilled at building networks and interpersonal relationships
Skilled at working with teams in multiple locations
