Media Analytics Lead
We are looking for a highly qualified analytics professional with experience optimizing multiple digital marketing channels and leading high visibility projects. As a Media Analytics Lead, you will be focused on supporting our paid media program (PPC, video, display, paid social). You will provide media analytics direction and be the key point of contact between our internal media team, external media agency of record and our marketing leads in the Business Intelligence group.
Responsibilities

Architect solutions and provide optimization recommendations that drive results for our campaigns and objectives.
Translate data into human insights and stories that drive change in digital marketing strategy and tactics.
Owns end to end media analytics reporting, data definitions and standardization within Funnel.io ETL tool, integration and connection into data warehouse and visualization within
Quickly understand multiple data sources and develop methodology for joining data that will add value.
Leads the media analytics measurement plan and test & learn Reporting on insights from experiments to better optimize the media program.
Marketing lead for personalized marketing leveraging our customer data platform, Bloomreach for building workflows supporting audience based advertising and marketing.

Experience with the following:

Familiarity with ETL services such as io, Matillion, Rivery, etc.
Data visualization services such as Tableau, Data Studio
Measurement methods such as Matched Market Tests, A/B test/control, Causal Impact, Brand Lift Studies and Marketing Mix Modeling
Data extraction, transformation and modeling using SQL
Experience with mobile and video advertising in paid social and Exposure to Facebook and Google digital media platforms desirable.
Experience designing and measuring media and audience-based tests
Understanding of relational databases and audience-based platforms
