Overview::

Title: Office Manager

Location: Addison, TX (requires onsite work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm)

Are you a detail oriented, performance oriented, multi-tasker with a knack for efficiency and organization? We are adding a key member to our team in the role of Office Administrator who can wear many hats for our growing organization. A couple of examples include: setting a stellar positive and upbeat tone in our lobby for every person you come in contact with, managing inventory, order and distribution of snacks and office supplies, coordination of weekly catering for the team, office maintainance/equipment point of contact, backup administrative support assisting on data entry projects and other tasks.

How you will make an impact::

Welcome all team members and visitors at the front desk with a friendly and inviting greeting, check identification, and alert team members of their guests arrival, when applicable.
Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents.
Receive mail and distribute. Take mail to the local post office, as needed. Open mail and sort, as needed.
Conference/Meeting room set-up.
Participate in data entry projects.
Handle customer support tickets.
Order, set-up and clean-up weekly lunch celebrations in the office (40-60 people).
Purchase office supplies, snacks, paper products, equipment, and furniture.
Daily cleaning of coffee machines, stocking snacks and beverages in the break rooms, and ensuring paper products/utensils are available.
Conduct weekly inventory of consumable products (supplies, snacks, beverages, paper products, etc…) .
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Function with a sense of pride and ownership for our office space.
Act as primary point of contact for building and equipment maintenance needs.
Perform other relevant duties, as requested.
What you need to be successful::

High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
2 or more years’ office administration experience.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Problem solving and resourceful nature.
Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
