Hello from DaVita Kidney Care, a Fortune 500 Company and Clinical Leader in Dialysis! We are having a Meet-n-Greet Hiring Event, with on the spot interviews available, for Patient Care Associates and Patient Care Technicians in the Orlando and surrounding areas of Florida. Come join us, learn more about our PCA/PCT opportunities and the extensive training we provide, tour a clinic and meet our leadership team!

When: Tuesday, October 11, 2022 Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST Location: DaVita Divisional Office 5778 South Semoran Blvd. Suite F Orlando, FL 32822

Dress is business casual or scrubs. Closed toe shoes are required.
This is a meet and greet event where you can stop by at your convenience during the scheduled event times. Be sure to bring a copy of your resume!

We have clinics in the Orlando, Kissimmee, Ocoee and St. Cloud area along with many other locations that are hiring. This is the event you will want to attend if you are looking for a change and want to learn more!
Do you want a career that positively impacts lives? As DaVita’s Patient Care Associate (PCA), you’ll have a deeply meaningful job where you care for chronically ill patients, develop lasting relationships and make a difference in the community. No healthcare or dialysis experience? We provide training!

How You’ll Make an Impact

Handle blood and needles
Assist patients to their chair and throughout the clinic as needed
Take vital signs: weight, blood pressure, heart rate
Program dialysis machines (basic computer skills needed)
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Facility Administrators and other PCAs
Carry supplies (20lbs to 40lbs)
Create a community first and company second (it’s what we do)

You are least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
You have your high school diploma or equivalent
You will provide proof of COVID vaccination or exemption
Waking up before the sun is easy for you and your schedule is flexible

Schedule
Shifts start around 4:30 am and can last between 12 to 15 hours
You will work 3 to 4 days a week and have 3 to 4 days off!
You may work Saturdays and holidays, but clinics are typically closed on Sundays
