Job Description :
Looking for a Senior Permit Coordinator, with experience working with AHJ across the State of Texas. Including, but not limited to:
1. Submit City Registration applications.
2. Pull Electrical, and Building Permits.
3. Develop Relationships with Cities, Engineering Departments, and communicate effectively.
4. Recognize the necessary requirements by AHJ to pull permits, respecting Building, Fire, and Electrical codes required by the AHJ.
5. Excellent Communication with our Operations Department, Designers, and Assistants
***2 Openings available, looking to fulfill this positions as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
