3rd Shift 10pm -6:30pm with 12% Shift Differential

The effective candidate will be a member of the Raytheon Technologies Advanced Product Center Operations Department, assigned to the Repair and Maintenance Team for Raytheon’s North Building Manufacturing Factories as a Tech Support Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for repair, maintenance, and calibration for the assembly equipment and supporting operations (leak check systems, refrigeration, automated pick and place, stencil printers, adhesive dispensers, wire bonders, plasma cleaners, wet cleaners, ovens, material handling systems, etc.).

Candidate will be responsible for the implementation of preventative maintenance and calibration procedures for equipment assigned. The RM Team also provides the majority of the work for equipment moves and setups, and candidate must be physically able to perform normal working tasks following prescribed EHS safety guidelines Position requires working directly with factory production personnel and all other engineering teams within Assembly Process Engineering Department.

Candidate must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to support factory activities.

Required Skills:

6 years relevant working experience
Must be computer literate – proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems – proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
Demonstrated mechanical and electrical experience.
Excellent communication skills needed, oral and written, as well as ability to work with computer systems – Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Requires knowledge of electro-mechanical systems of automated equipment, ability to read and understand equipment manuals and schematics, and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems.
Candidate must have the ability to work autonomously with little supervisory guidance, as well as within the team structure to provide support across the designated shift.

Typically Requires:

High School or Equivalent or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
