Job Description :
Our client, a prominent Hedge Fund, is seeking to hire an amazing Administrative Receptionist to support their NYC Team in Midtown Manhattan on a Temp To Hire basis. This is a great opportunity to support a team of committed and talented individuals at a fast-paced and quickly growing firm. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet all guests, hang coats and get them set-up in a conference room
Take accurate phone messages with name, phone number, email address, company and a message, if needed. These will need to be emailed in a timely manner
Sign for all deliveries
Keep the reception area and conference rooms in impeccable order
Make sure all guests are added to the building security list
Create and ship FedEx packages, UPS packages and standard mail
Answer the main office phone line, as well as, be able to juggle as many as 10 other phone extensions
Place office catering orders, as needed
Responsible for re-stocking and maintaining our Office Kitchen and Office Gym
Responsible for making sure the conference room schedules are conflict-free
Will need to be capable of assisting with basic administrative tasks by request
REQUIREMENTS

Relevant work experience with similar responsibilities is a plus
A college degree and at least 1+ years of experience working in a corporate environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel- PowerPoint is a plus
Needs to be a team player with a professional, polished and upbeat attitude
Hedge Fund/PE experience preferred
SALARY
$70,000 + discretionary bonus + 100% covered benefits + 401K + tech + perks

HOURS
8:00am-5:00pm
