PCB said that it will announce its team for the World Cup 2023 today i.e. on September 22 through a press conference. According to a PCB press release, chief selector Inzamam Ul Haq was unable to attend the meeting due to a medical emergency, but met Zaka Ashraf on Thursday afternoon to share his inputs. Following the completion of the review, Inzamam has finalized the Pakistan squad for the ICC World Cup, which will be announced at a press conference to be held at the Far-End Building, Level 2 of the Gaddafi Stadium, at 11:15 am on Friday.
