This player will replace Naseem Shah in Pakistan’s World Cup squad, these senior players will be out

New Delhi. Pakistan Cricket Board on Thursday reviewed the performance of its team in Asia Cup 2023. During this, many important issues were discussed, from the fitness of players to the World Cup squad. PCB said that it will announce its team for the World Cup 2023 today i.e. on September 22 through a press conference. According to a PCB press release, chief selector Inzamam Ul Haq was unable to attend the meeting due to a medical emergency, but met Zaka Ashraf on Thursday afternoon to share his inputs. Following the completion of the review, Inzamam has finalized the Pakistan squad for the ICC World Cup, which will be announced at a press conference to be held at the Far-End Building, Level 2 of the Gaddafi Stadium, at 11:15 am on Friday.

Before the announcement of Pakistan World Cup squad, some important information related to the team is coming out. If reports are to be believed, Hasan Ali can replace injured Naseem Shah in the World Cup team. Naseem Shah suffered a shoulder injury during the match against India in the Asia Cup 2023. There will be no place for Sarfaraz Ahmed, Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim in Pakistan’s World Cup 2023 squad. These three players were part of the Pakistani team in the last World Cup.
