Service Champions is currently seeking Warehouse Manager to join our Livermore Electrical Service Center comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. Our warehouse associates are responsible for receiving, storing and distributing materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?

Responsible for the stock and equipment ordering, PO generation and receiving, coordinate logistics to job sites, and processing of inventory transactions. Assist the PIC and Production Manager as needed in daily purchasing and verification of equipment and parts. Maintain the centers cleanliness and safety standards. Lead the Warehouse Assistants in day-to-day warehouse needs, cleanliness and assignments and schedule facility and fleet maintenance with appropriate vendors. Possesses and exercises the ability to serve. Live the Company Core Values.

Communicate clearly and effectively with other staff, associates, and vendors in all situations.
Adhere to the highest customer service with staff, clients and public at all times
Perceive and exceed the needs of the team members and management
Maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
Prioritize to meet Production Goals
Maintain a safe work environment
Ordering of equipment and other materials specified for next day’s production
Accurately processing of purchase orders, inventory transactions, and maintaining warehouse stock inventory levels.
Assist warehouse personnel in supplying parts and materials for installers and service technicians
Confirm with production manager that all parts are staged and/or ordered for the next day’s jobs
Assist in unloading and loading of current day’s equipment.
Review and order materials for “To-Dos” sent over from the install coordinator, and notifying the installation coordinator when they arrive at the warehouse to schedule appointment
Perform and processes monthly and quarterly physical inventories
Daily cycle counts
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse management/supervisor experience
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Current forklift license
Data entry, attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Flexible to work overtime and on weekends
Ability to travel to various warehouses as needed
Licensed driver w/5 yrs experience & clean DMV record

***Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check upon acceptance of an offer letter
